One drama series that a lot are anticipating to see is GMA's 'Hiram na Alaala (Borrowed Memories)'. It stars the Kapuso network's 'Drama King' Dennis Trillo along with Rocco Nacino, Lauren Young and Kris Bernal. I personally look forward in seeing 'Hiram na Alaala' not only because it stars my crushie Dennis Trillo but it will also tackle a rare kind of amnesia. Yes, amnesia's are common in teleserye's but 'Hiram na Alaala' will have a different kind of amnesia, the kind that will spark the audience's interest. It is called 'Dissiociative Fugue' (go google it!).
The two lucky ladies to star along with Dennis Trillo are Kris Bernal and Lauren Young. During our Kapuso September Blogger's con, I asked them about their new soap opera and the two were so excited to tell us about 'Hiram na Alaala'. Kris Bernal is challenged everytime she will do a scene with Dennis, she said that you will see in Dennis' eyes how good he is in his acting so she needs to show Dennis that she is also doing the same level of dedication through her eyes.
Lauren Young on the other hand was starstrucked by Dennis Trillo. She admitted that she has a crush on Dennis and that she felt awkward doing a scene with him but as a professional actress she needs to shake it off and give an equally good performance. But the common thing about these two young actresses was that they both felt 'kilig' when they learned that they will work with Dennis Trillo. If I were them I'll feel the same way!
Watch my interview with Kris and Lauren below as they talked about their roles, how they prepared for it and of course, we talked about Dennis! 'Hiram na Alaala' will premiere on September 22, 2014 on GMA primetime block and is directed by Dominic Zapata (Temptation of Wife, My Husband's Lover). How excited are you for 'Hiram na Alaala'? If you are Kris and Lauren, will you feel 'kilig' if you're with Dennis? Sound-off your thoughts on thr comments section! Follow me on Twitter and Instagram: @Dsweetbox
