Thea Tolentino Full Bloom at 18

Thea Tolentino is one of GMA Network's rising star and just recently, she went full bloom and turned 18. I attended her debut held at Villa Morales, Calamba Laguna. Since it was a debut I had to wear something new! So I logged on to Zalora.com and ordered some new clothing. Since I had no time to shop at the mall, Zalora is the perfect venue to shop. It even allows me to attend other events while waiting for my order/s to arrive. Their clothing collection is huge, and there's definitely something for everyone. Prep and ready, along with fellow bloggers and some Kapuso peeps, we went to Laguna for my friend Thea's debut. It was a lovely evening in a lovely place, Thea was stunning in a Francis Libiran black gown. Rita de Guzman sang 'The Prayer' that gave me chills, she really is good and Julian, pretty and classy, hosted that night's event.

The debutante was touched with all the guests speeches from the 18 wings which included Glady's Reyes and director Gina Alajar to her 18 candles consists mainly of Thea's close friends. Then, the debutante danced with her 18 roses which included fellow Kapuso artists Derrick Monasterio, Jeric Gonzalez, Juancho Trivino and Mikoy Morales.

The night's highlight was when Thea's 'special friend' Mikoy Morales sang a song for the debutante, a special song composed by Mikoy. It was a very touching but full of humor song. Kudos to Mikoy! I love that composition and I love Thea's reactions to many of Mikoy's surprises.

To Thea, happy 18th to you! Stay sweet and humble and never forget where you came from, just like what your friends told you. Thea Tolentino is now popular as an effective kontrabida in the Kapuso afternoon show 'The Half Sisters'. Thea's debut was made possible by GMA, Francis Libiran, Zanea, Nailandia, Flawless, Made in Candy, Fernando's Bakeshop, Mr. Herbert Chavez, Donna Petit, Danela's Party Needs, Supermario Electronics and GMA Artist Center.
